an addendum to the comedy lobotomy

As it turns out, all of the comedians on Carson Daly's show are completely lacking in humor. This comedian that I just heard was absolutely terrible. Every other joke was met with silence. I was just imagining those little studio lights that flash "APPLAUD" flickering desperately in the silence. Then again, maybe they don't use those.

I do realize that the fact that I am criticizing this comedian means that I watched his monologue even after seeing the other terrible comedians. In my defense, I watch Conan and then am usually too lazy to turn the channel. Still that doesn't mitigate the circumstances: the comedian sucks and even if a comedian sucks in a forest where there is no one to hear it, at the end of the day he still isn't funny.
